Someone comes in to get his horn fixed. He says he needs it fixed because something the boss said makes him think he's going to have a big event to play for soon.
He talks a lot. He talks about people he's observed. He talks about the things they've said, and how much it bothers him. People are violating all of the boss' rules... but the boss hasn't done anything about it.
