Seeing as how I haven't updated anything on this website in years, it was time for a change. Note the new forum. Main motivation is that there were more than 100 registered members (now deleted) who were various pornography sites trying to get their URL exposure in the member list. It's much easier for me to control/prevent such stuff using my own software, so I switched from the 3 year old beta version of OpenBB I'd been using to this infant stage of a forum script I'm writing.
Suggestions welcome, bug reports welcome. But first, the known issues:
- The scripts forum says 1/1/1970, but that'll fix itself whenever the next post is made.
- There are a few white images that need to be replaced with darker ones.
- Old posts aren't assigned to their owners. This also means post counts are incorrect. I couldn't trasfer this directly in the database, though I can fix it for individual members. Have already done so for most of the recent more frequent posters. |
