Cooperative script project

Title Cooperative script project
Description introduction
Message Text Once the audio of all the episodes is finally up (it's coming along), and the episodes page is completed (within 2 weeks, maximum), that leaves scripts as the final ingredient needed to make this site a complete Quiet, Please resource.

As several people have found out after optimistically declaring that they were going to start copying scripts down from listening to the audio, this is a very difficult and excruciatingly slow process. For any one person to do a single script alone could take a very long time. However, if there were a sufficient number of people working based on the same episode, the episode might be split up into manageable segments. Doing it this way, everyone could get their part done and combined with others to create the whole script much quicker.

Now, of course, the problem is finding interested people. To that end I've created this new forum, the scripts forum, which should make it easy for people to post small segments. Simply post a thread with the subject being the title of the episode you're posting a bit from (after checking to be sure there isn't already another thread where someone has started it), and post a piece. It doesn't matter if you only copy down 5 lines, anything helps. Then, other people (hopefully) will come along and pickup where you left off posting subsequent lines in their replies. Eventually, hopefully, we can get all the scripts done this way.

If you're wondering what style to use or just want an example, see the completed script at http://www.quietplease.org/scripts.php?id=91 . Once some other scripts are completed, they'll be added to the site the same as that one and will eventually be linked to from the "episodes" section (and on the "listen" page) once there's a script up for each episode.

If you can help even a little bit, thank you. Of course the scripts are public domain and if you have a website of your own you'd like to post one on, or you have some other use in mind, feel free.
